Purchase procedure

Thoroughly examine all the material about Pamfilia Residence and make comparisons with other similar projects.
2.
Decide to buy a holiday apartment at Pamfilia Residence. Choosing a holiday apartment.
3.
Contact Marselisberg and a meeting will subsequently be arranged. At the meeting you will be given further information and a written purchase agreement will be signed if desired.

When you have signed a purchase contract with Marselisberg for the purchase of a holiday apartment at Pamfilia Residence you have six working days in which to annul, during which time you can:
- Contact advisers (lawyer, bank, accountant, etc.)
- View the project

If after 6 days you decide to go ahead with your purchase, the contract is binding and you must deposit – or arrange a banker’s guarantee – for 25% of the purchase price. Before the deeds are registered and before entering into possession you must give security for the remaining 75% of the purchase price. You may also elect to deposit the amount – or give security for the amount via a banker’s guarantee.

The 25% (and possible 75%) will be deposited into an escrow account. The overall purchase price is not released until your and any co-owners have received an annotation-free deed (tapu) for the apartment. Marselisberg thus receives no payment until the apartment is handed over.

When matters regarding the purchase price have been settled, the registration process is initiated. Marselisberg will assist in compliance with formalities in this connection.
In addition to the purchase price itself you must pay, in connection with registration of the purchase, a 3% stamp duty for the registration of the deeds (tapu) in Turkey of 3% of the purchase price.
In connection with the registration procedure, Danish citizens must apply for a temporary residence permit. The expense incurred in this respect amount to approx. DKK 2,200.

The holiday apartment is handed over ready for you to move in, and many wonderful experiences await you many years to come in friendly southern climes.
