The new Turkish “deeds act” has been passed
On 6 January 2006, Turkish president Ahmet Necdet Sezer approved and signed the new “deeds act”, passed by the Turkish parliament on 29 December 2005. The new act came into force with retrospective application as from 26 July 2005 and is thus current law in Turkey.
