Marselisberg is a privately owned, solid company, which has been active in the real estate market in property development and investment portfolio management.
Marselisberg showed an after-tax profit of DKK 4 million in 2005 and had an equity capital of DKK 28 million.
Following a thorough survey of the holiday apartment market in Turkey over a period of quite some time, Marselisberg founded, in early 2005, the subsidiary Marselisberg Ferieboliger A/S, which is now responsible for the construction of the two buildings in Pamfilia Residence with a total of 96 holiday apartments.
In the light of experience acquired in property development in Turkey, Marselisberg plans to expand its activities in this segment in future.
