Open-plan kitchen, modern, exquisitely designed white units. Black granite surfaces with silver flecks. Siemens white goods with brushed steel products, fridge-freezer, built-in oven and ceramic hot plates, extractor hood and dishwasher.
Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: Bathroom unit with black granite surface with silver flecks. Built-in Siemens washing machine with tumbler. Oval washbasin and four-person Jacuzzi Wall-hung lavatory.
Bathroom 2: Rectangular wash basin, wall-hung lavatory and square shower stall.
Doors:
White doors and frames. Flame-retardant front door.
Windows:
Practical, maintenance-friendly window frames in light colour scheme with heat- and sound-insulating double glazing.

Usage charges:
Shared charges are budgeted at approx. EUR 60 per month. Electricity and water are charged according to consumption.
