Quality materials
Turkey’s wealth of natural resources is clearly evident from the selection of building materials. Many northern Europeans are impressed by the selection of granite, marble, tiles and sanitary fittings.
Newly-built holiday apartments
The holiday apartments in Pamfilia Residence have a total floor space of 109 m2 og 120 m2 respectively and are of extremely high quality. Even so, Marselisberg has chosen to upgrade the apartments in Building B and Building C in terms of fixtures and fittings and extra equipment. The upper floors of building B and building C consist of eight large 1½-storey penthouse apartments, 218 m2 and 240 m2 respectively, which have also been upgraded with similar extra equipment.

Stylish architecture and fixtures and fittings
On entering the area you immediately notice the simple architecture of the tall, slim buildings. When you take one of the two elevators up to your apartment, pass through the white flame-retardant front door of the apartment and walk out onto the balcony, you cannot help noticing how well the chosen materials harmonise.
The colour and structure of the granite on the stairs and landings match the attractive travertine used on the floor and skirting boards in the living room and bedrooms, as well as on the balcony.

Air-conditioning in every room
Many of the apartments have a view of the sea, but the view of the Taurus Mountains behind is also rather beautiful.
The weather is good all year round, although summer is, of course, the warmest season. Marselisberg therefore decided to install air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms to provide cooling and heating.

Functional, modern kitchen
The white of the modern kitchen is interrupted only by the black granite kitchen surface with silver flecks.
All the white goods are made by Siemens and have brushed steel fronts. In the kitchen you will find a fridge-freezer, a built-in oven and ceramic hot plates, an extractor hood and a dishwasher.

Elegant bathrooms
The bathrooms are in a class of their own, with white sanitary fittings and black tiled floors. The walls are covered in rectangular glazed tiles, interrupted only by a black freeze at eye level and at the floor. The largest bathroom is furnished with the same black granite surface as in the kitchen, with a washbasin bonded beneath it, a built-in washing machine and tumbler, a wall-hung lavatory and a Jacuzzi.
The second bathroom is elegantly equipped with a square washbasin, a wall-hung lavatory and a shower stall.
